In case you couldn’t tell from the groundbreaking Kanye West cover story unveiled yesterday in, Complex’s April/May 2009 issue, this is gonna be a doozy. For the issue’s other cover, they got a woman who could go toe-to-toe with ’Ye’s larger-than-life celebrity. Who else but our girl Kim?

See, Complex was the first magazine to feature Kim Kardashian on a cover back in 2007, just before she blew up. And now that she’s America’s Sweetheart, we had to reunite and do something different for our annual Green Issue. Instead of the same old cookie cutter sexy shoot, they’ve decided to go conceptual—shooting Kim in front of a series of projected backgrounds that highlight our planet’s environmental plight. Think of it as curves with a cause.

Music News: TLC Reform and Tour!

Surviving TLC members TIONNE ‘T-BOZ’ WATKINS and ROZANDA ‘CHILLI’ THOMAS are reuniting for a tour of Japan.

The two stars have not played a major show together since the tragic death of rapper Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes, who perished in a car crash in Honduras in 2002.

But the No Scrubs hitmakers are coming back together to perform a series of live dates in Japan – although the tour plans have yet to be officially announced.

In a post on social networking site Twitter.com, Watkins writes, “TLC starts practice 4 (sic) the Japan tour on Mon (23Mar09). “Chilli and I just met about our Japan dates! We are performing 17 songs.”

Just In: Chris Brown’s New Private Court Date?

Private Chris Brown Court Date Nixed Without Explanation…

As Chris Brown gets ready to face the music, his legal team is apparently still getting its act together.

A private court meeting had originally been called for Monday at Team Brown’s request. On Friday, the in-chambers hearing was postponed, purportedly due to a scheduling conflict. Now, we have learned that the hearing has been canceled altogether.

“The next date [in Brown’s felony case] is April 6 for the arraignment. The hearing is not being rescheduled,” said a court clerk.

E! News previously reported that the 19-year-old singer’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has been trying to work out a plea deal, but Geragos has yet to comment on why the meeting was nixed.

Brown‘s manager did, however, deny an earlier report alleging the meeting was called because Brown was looking to ditch Geragos along with the singer’s management and PR team.

The embattled entertainer faces two felony counts—assault likely to produce great bodily injury and making criminal threats—stemming from the alleged Feb. 8 altercation with Rihanna following a Grammys pre-party.

Brown was not required to be in court for this week’s hearing.

In fact, his legal troubles appeared to be the furthest thing from his mind this past weekend. Brown was spotted back in his home state of Virginia riding a bike and later accompanying his cousin on a campus tour of Norfolk State University.

Singer Christina Milian is top of the bikini charts as she unveils a sexy  new look…

Singer Christina Milian may not be dominating the pop charts any more. But she is definitely top of the bikini bods as she unveiled her curvy figure beachside in Hawaii. The Dip It Low singer was dropped by her label last year, but is planning a return to the spotlight with a blonde makeover, and a sexy new look.

But Christina clearly couldn’t wait for the career relaunch instead opting to reveal almost all during a mini-break with her rapper/producer boyfriend The Dream.

The petite singer turned actress stripped down to the briefest of Gucci bikinis as she enjoyed a sunny break in the paradise isle of Maui. Christina, 27, appeared to be admiring the efforts of some hard work in the gym, as she posed and preened on the beach.Or maybe she was just trying to impress her boyfriend, who clearly didn’t feel the need to get as undressed as Christina, opting for all-black ensemble including a baseball cap, and a scarf.

Admiring: The singer turned actress may not have enjoyed many hits of late but she has certainly kept up the good work in the gym.

Smooching: The couple ate lunch in their luxury cabana, while Christina showed off her bikini bod her boyfriend covered up in a black shirt, shorts and cap.

Earlier the couple were seen lying poolside at their five star hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean. They ate in their luxury cabana before smooching in the sunshine.

Christina, who has dated Jay Z, and Nick Cannon recently dismissed rumors of an engagement, she wrote on her blog: ‘No, I am not. Point blank, period. Pretty funny.

Pool party: Christina has been enjoying a whirlwind romance with the producer…and seemed quite happy to smooch with him in public.

‘I think since I announced the title of my new album Elope these
rumors seem to be looming around lately… It’s an album title and a title track.

‘And to me Elope represents taking control of my life and being
an adult making my own responsible decisions.’

And that includes her new platinum blonde look, however,
Christina‘s it didn’t go down well with some people.

Jermaine Dupri, and R&B star Usher were among those who expressed distaste for ‘X-Tina’ hairstyle. Comments were also made in a video posted on J.D.’s YouTube account.

Makeover: Christina’s makeover was the subject of furious internet gossip even from celebrity bloggers such as Janet Jackson’s partner Jermaine Dupri.

After seeing the photos of Milian sporting blonde locks at a Hawks game with The-Dream, singer-songwriter Johnta Austin, said:

‘This is what happens when people fall out of the game. … That’s Christina Milian looking like a damn fool. ‘I used to think Christina Milian was hot. I used to want to take her to bed,’ Austin goes on to say. ‘She couldn’t get a ride to the bus station looking like this right now.’

The clip has since been removed, and Usher has apologized.

Boyfriend The Dream recently remixed Kanye West’s track ‘Amazing’ on which girlfriend Milian sings: ‘Am I the most hated in the world? And would that change if I was your girl?’

Celebrity Couple No More: Dame Dash and Rachel Roy?

Damon Dash’s wife Rachel Roy files for divorce…

As told by the Daily News, “He’s got no money, but he sure does have mo’ problems.”

Roc-A-Fella Records and Rocawear co-founder Damon Dash has been slapped with divorce papers by wife Rachel Roy, the Daily News has learned.

The stunning fashion designer piled onto Dash‘s already sizable stack of lawsuits when she filed for divorce from her husband of four years this month in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Ed Hayes, a lawyer for Roy, declined comment, and a Dash spokeswoman did not return calls or e-mails.

An electronic record of the case says the divorce is for “nonmonetary relief” and should be resolved by February.

Dash and Roy, who put her own name on a women’s fashion line, got hitched in Mexico in January 2005. They met when Roy was working at Rocawear and have two daughters.

The breakup is the latest legal mess for the has-been hip-hop titan, whose empire – which he once pegged at “about $50 million” in a New York magazine profile – has crumbled under massive debt, bad business deals and one suit after another.

Dash, who in 2005 sold his stake in Rocawear to Jay-Z for $20 million, owes $2 million in state taxes, and a bank has started foreclosure proceedings on his two Tribeca condos.

A Manhattan judge even ordered the city to seize his luxury Chevrolet Tahoe SUV last year when he couldn’t make the $714.99 monthly payment. He’s also being sued by law firms and landlords for not paying his bills.

The fall has been a spectacular one for Dash, who sipped Champagne on a yacht in Jay-Z’s video for “Big Pimpin'” – then emptied his bottle of bubbly onto bikini-clad beauties in a hot tub.

“He’s broke, he’s got nothing left,” a source said.

Dash debuted last year as a theater producer with the “Hip-Hop Monologues,” an Off-Broadway account of the life of his latest protégé, rapper Jim Jones.

The production is set to resume performances tonight at 37 Arts in Manhattan.

While he may have been short on cash, Dash wasn’t short on confidence when he hyped the show in New York magazine and vowed to make a splashy return to the music business.

“And when I come back, I’m gonna change the economy as well,” he said.

Leaked Rihanna Photo Inspires “Rihanna’s Law” Petition…

A few weeks ago, the Los Angeles Police Department said that they were investigating the where the leak might have come from. STOParazzi is behind the proposed law.

Terry Ahem, the President of STOParazzi, says, “We can no longer tolerate the leaking of private information when an interest turns into stalking.”

So, what does “Rihanna’s Law” state? Well, here it is:

“If a private crime photo is distributed the receipt of money for that act is irrelevant and does not diminish the detrimental effect such public distribution of private crime photos, could have on the victim, the case itself, other victims of similar crimes etc. Just because the person who leaked it may have done it for example, because they were disgruntled or vindictive or even, perhaps, to help the defense, and not for money, per se, should not make it legal.”

Some are also saying that the law will make it possible for organizations like TMZ, who initially released the photo to the public, to face consequences for such a violation of privacy.

Tyrese says, “Although he appears to be really strong through all of this, it’s really taking a toll on his spirit.”

He continues, “It’s really hard for him to focus right now on his music, even though he really wants to.”

Then, rapper Jadakiss had a few words to say as well. “I’m not going to knock him, [because] the whole world is knocking him. You can’t hit females.”

Jadakiss is actually recording a song on his album “The Last Kiss” about the strength of women. He explains, “Its called ‘Smoking Guns.’ Females are real strong. They go through something and hold it in forever. But my song isn’t about physical abuse, its about other types of abuse.”

Well, it’s good to hear some people can appreciate women. I actually really don’t want to hear how upset or distracted Chris Brown is right now. Give me a break.

Rihanna Goes House Hunting in Hollywood – March 23rd…

Yesterday Rihanna went house hunting in Hollywood. She checked out some houses near Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Richie and Cameron Diaz. She even looked at Christina Aguilera’s old house [4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, Devlin Drive] and Jerry Seinfeld’s [3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms,Sierra Mar Place].

After that, Rihanna seemed to have found her dream-home on the Rising Glen Drive. The house cost about $6.5 million dollars with 4 bedrooms, 4 and a half bathroom mid-century modern. The villa has glass walls that creates the illusion of an indoor-outdoor environment. Of course there is a large pool, outdoor theater, a killer view and a grassy lawn.

In the end she went to look at a $4.9 million dollar mansion that Britney Spears once concidered purchasing on the Sunset View Drive. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with pool and other belongings.
